Kids in Jasper can celebrate their birthdays with friends in different places.
The city of Jasper is home to celebrations such as the Georgia Marble Festival in October and the Habitat Hullabaloo in April. Children can attend these annual celebrations in the city, but not too far away from Jasper, they can celebrate their birthdays. About 30 minutes away, in the cities of Canton and Woodstock, you'll find different kinds of venues for kids' birthday parties.
Cherokee Lanes
Celebrate your child's birthday with a bowling party in Cherokee Lanes (cherokeelanes.net) in Canton. You can choose between the "Birthday Blast Party" for a minimum of 10 guests and the "Bowl Only Party" for a minimum of eight guests. Both of the parties include Includes 1 1/2 hours of bowling and shoe rentals. However, the "Birthday Blast Party" includes food and drinks, decorations, paper products and a bowling pin for the birthday celebrant. You're not allowed to bring your own food and drinks but you can bring a birthday cake.
Tanglewood Farm
Birthday parties are celebrated in Tanglewood Farm (tanglewoodfarmminiatures.com), where kids can pet and feed more than 100 animals and enjoy pony rides. Located in Canton, kids can celebrate their birthdays here in the indoor saloon or outdoor picnic area for about 1 1/2 hours. Birthdays for up to 12 children include a tour of Tanglewood Farm to see different miniature animals including sheep, cows, horses, goats and donkeys. You'll provide the food and refreshments for the kids and Tanglewood Farm provides the food that kids can feed the animals. A fee is charged for each additional child and for each additional 30 minutes of party time.
Bounce House Amusement Center
Bounce House Amusement Center (thebouncehouseac.com) in Canton offers jump parties, laser tag parties and video-game parties. All the parties include all the paper products and a party coordinator to help with setup and cleanup and serving cake. Jump parties include one hour of playing in the jump room and 45 minutes in the private party room. Laser tag parties include one hour and 15 minutes of laser tag, 45 minutes in a private party room and one laser tag pass for the birthday child for use on another visit. Video game parties include 90 minutes of playing video games and 30 minutes in a private party room. Different packages are available for each party. Food, drinks, balloons and invitations are available at an additional cost.
Earth Paint and Fire
Located in Woodstock, Earth Paint and Fire (earthpaintandfire.com) offers arts and crafts parties for kids ages 4 and up and for kids ages 6 and up. Each party lasts for one to one-and-a-half hours and includes a party area and a party host to assist with activities. Depending on the package, kids ages 4 and up begin the party by painting an animal figurine, ice cream bowl or piggy bank then eating cake and opening presents. In parties for kids ages 6 and up, the children create tie-dye shirts or heat-pressed t-shirts. Balloons may be purchased for an additional fee.
