Select A Color Plan For Outside Walls

Choosing a color scheme for your outdoor walls can be a difficult decision. With so many different color schemes possible, it is natural to feel somewhat overwhelmed. Before finalizing your choice on a color scheme, you should review your decision carefully. Careful review will ensure that you are choosing a color scheme that you will enjoy.

Instructions

1. Choose colors that you like. You will have to live with your selections, so go with a color scheme that you know you will enjoy looking at.

2. Choose colors that match their surroundings. A beautiful color scheme in one area can be an ugly one in another. Take note of the area surrounding the walls and go with a scheme that compliments the natural coloration. As an example, in a grassy or leafy green area, dark green may be a good choice.

3. Choose colors that go together nicely. Highly contrasted colors can be harsh on the eyes. Unless you are going for this type of look, select colors that go together naturally. As an example, tan and dark blue often look nice together.

4. Look at your color selections side by side and in the area where you will be using it. Once you are satisfied with your choices, you will be ready to put your new color scheme into effect on your outdoor walls.
