Apply Sherwinwilliams Silverbrite Aluminum Fresh paint

Sherwin-Williams Silver-Brite paint can help waterproof surfaces.

Sherwin-Williams Silver-Brite Aluminum Paint is a general purpose aluminum paint that can be used in marine settings or to paint any steel or metal surface. The aluminum finish reflects the rays from the sun, lowering energy costs and providing long-term protection from the weather and moisture. The Silver-Brite paint can be applied by brush, roller, or spray applications. The easiest and most efficient way is to apply it with a spray gun, giving the Silver-Brite a professional finish.

Instructions

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with the pressure washer. Spray the surface clean to remove all oil, dust, dirt, and any other debris on the surface. Let the surface dry for at least 24 hours before painting.

2. Load the Silver-Brite paint into the paint sprayer. Read the manual of the paint sprayer for specific directions on load paint, as this step varies by manufacturer.

3. Spray a thin, even layer of Silver-Brite paint on the surface with the paint sprayer. Let the first coat of paint dry for at least 24 hours.

4. Spray the final layer of Silver-Brite on the surface with the paint sprayer. Always apply a thin, even coat of paint. Let the surface dry for at least 48 hours to allow the paint to cure thoroughly.
