Get a Neopet Paintbrush
Neopets is an online, virtual website where you play with your own mythical creature called a Neopet. You can play games, dress it up with accessories, interact with other player's pets and collect exotic items. Paintbrushes that allow you to change the color or shape of your Neopet are a highly sought-after commodity in the game. While acquiring a brush can be challenging, it is possible to get one for yourself.
Instructions
1. Go to the Hidden Tower located in Faerieland's Faerie City by clicking on the empty space to the left of the castle at the back of the map. This is a place that's known to sell some of the more accessible brushes such as the Baby or Royal colors. However, your account must be at least four months old before you can enter.
2. Play the "Fruit Machine" daily. This kiosk, located in Sakhmet, can be played once a day. Winning a paintbrush from the Fruit Machine is rare but possible with enough diligence.
3. Search through the player marketplaces. Look in the personal shops, the auction house or the trading posts to barter with other players. Be prepared to pay players large amounts of "NeoPoints" as most brushes tend to be expensive due to their rarity. Keep in mind as you scan through the marketplaces the average cost of the paintbrush you're looking for to get the general market price for it.
4. Spin the "Wheel of Monotony" at the northern plateau of Tyrannia. This is one of the many games in the world of Neopets, known to have a variable amount of time to complete a spin. It can take as short as a minute, or as long as four hours. To acquire a prize, you must keep the "Wheel of Monotony" window open.
5. Donate money to the "Wishing Well" located at the northwest corner of the Neopia Central's plaza. Input the amount of NP into the first dialogue box, then type in the exact name of the paintbrush you want in the next one. Submit the wish for a confirmation message and check your Neomail to see if it has granted it. The "Wishing Well" grants one wish every 18 hours to whoever made a wish, so considering there are thousands of players making a wish every day the likelihood of your wish being granted is small.
