Microsoft Office offers different tools that anyone can utilize for business or personal office use. Microsoft Publishing is a software that can create flyers, banners, award certificates, brochures, business cards, business forms, catalogs and envelopes. You can create each project by choosing multiple templates available in Publisher. It takes only a few clicks, basic typing skills and a bit of creativity to complete a flyer.
Instructions
1. Go to "Start," "All Programs," "Microsoft Office," then choose "Microsoft Office Publisher."
2. Click on "File," and then choose "New."
3. Choose "Flyers" from the "Popular Publication Types."
4. Choose from the designs or templates you want to use, then click it.
5. Customize the colors by going to the drop down menu on the right screen and clicking "Customize." Then drag your mouse over to the color swatches to preview the colors.
6. Click on "Create" button on the lower right of the screen after choosing a color.
7. Choose the fonts to use, then type the words for the flyer. Change the font size, type and styles.
8. Save your work when done by clicking on "File" on the top menu bar and then choose "Save As." Name the flyer and save in a file folder.
9. Preview your flyer and make corrections and improvements as needed.
10. Print the flyers from your computer to the printer.
