"Neopets" is an online game in which players can "paint" the Internet pets, or Neopets, exotic colors with paint brushes. Paint brushes can be bought in the game's stores or on the Trading Post, but lucky players can find them for free around the website. Finding or winning paint brushes is purely a matter of luck, but some games have been known to give players brushes.
Instructions
1. Play the "Nepoets" Key Quest game. If you come in first, you'll be given a gold key at the end of the game. You can use this key to unlock a door and receive prizes. Rewards are random, but can include paint brushes.
2. Complete the Advent Calendar, an annual "Neopets" item giveaway that takes place over December. Christmas-themed paint brushes have been distributed by the Advent Calendar several different years.
3. Play the Test Your Strength game in the Haunted Woods, the Daily Fruit Spin on Mystery Island, and visit Coltzan's Shrine at the Lost Desert. Each of these mini-games is completed with the click of a button and provides a random reward. If you're lucky, you might get a paint brush.
4. Refresh the Neopets website frequently and change pages regularly. Every time you load a Neopets page, you have a chance of receiving a random event. Good random events, such as a visit from Jacko the Phantom Painter, can reward you with rare items like paint brushes.
